Back in the office today, I went into one of the conference rooms to stare out at the park across the street. Looks like today is going to be quite a nice day. First thing that happens while I'm strolling up the stairs is I see an employee that I'm somewhat working with; I don't even receive a fake "Good Morning," but immediately get told that the software I have been working on is not working properly. At that point I pondered just walking back out to my car and calling it a day. But instead, I just listened, went back to my cube, and started thinking why this piece of shit is not working. It's a challenge, not the same as troubleshooting why a car isn't working, or figuring out why some open source software has some jacked up dependency to some obscure package, but it's a job.Day 16: I'm here.
