Yet another meeting is about 17 minutes away from beginning. It's interesting to hear the fear in peoples voices. I mean I think these lead people are SO insecure, or full of themselves that they have no idea what they are doing psychologically to the group members. It's like they are instilling fear in their minds, or something. Perhaps it's more like breeding ignorance, but instead breeding their arrogance? Very weird. This is a interesting specimen for my thoughts on how companies and groups work. This is bad when leaders don't understand what kind of power they have, yet they blindly just keep doing things that only hurt moral for the group members. Funny thing is the collective here, hasn't realized that the other group in which they "talk the shit" on has also scheduled a meeting in the same conference room. The collective has no idea that the other group has knowledge of this!!!!!
