Ugh office politics. I have the opportunity to jump groups, problem is there's a huge amount of hatred among the groups. I have no idea as to what I'm going to do. I mean I could just sit here stay bent over and take it, or I could talk to my manager and express my interest in moving groups. Then there's the option of being able to just look at my manager straight in the eye (this is of course after he rejects my needs) and hand in my resignation. I doubt i'll be that dramatic. I probably won't resign either. I'll be like...."OK"....walks back to cube, and gets to work.
