So I log in this afternoon to find that one of our servers was somewhat hacked using an apache exploit. This is what a bunch of our websites on one of the servers was directed to....
To whoever did
this, you could've simply asked for an account, on our servers we would've given it to you. We support free speech. Hell we blog don't we? Honestly, I think something like hacking our servers is a terrorist act, and well it's quite a contradiction to be doing that and trying to express your message! Why not do it the right way?So my message to all of my readers that have been anxiously waiting for more blogs, well there's more to come, but first I have to back my stuff off these servers while we reconfigure so that an apache exploit is less probable.A
du -hs on my home directory resulted in
4.5G . What a pain to back up all of that data, and then have to bring it all back!
