Ajax and DOM Scripting

If anyone out there is interested in an excellent book on Ajax. It's entitled "Ajax in Action", I'm a little over half way through the book, and so far it's great. That being said, I looked through the Apress book, "Foundations of Ajax." All I'm going to say is I was NOT impressed. I'd hate to generalize, but I don't think I've ever liked an Apress book, they are almost as bad as those Wrox books. Wrox books are most easily identified by the awful red cover with yellow lettering and has a picture of the author(s) on the cover. Wrox books are horrible and the code examples in their books are almost always bug ridden. You'd think that with a picture of yourself/themselves on the cover that the author(s) would be far more anal retentive about actual working examples/code snippets.

I also picked up a book on Document Object Model scripting entitled "DOM Scripting" by Jeremy Keith. It came highly recommended by Merc. I've yet to really go through the book yet, you can tell this book is geared for designers. It's all pretty with nice all black pages separating each chapter.
