First, if you have the time to be able to get personlized ringtones for everyone in your phone book, you have too much time on your hands. Second, if you're paying at least $1 US for said ringtones, you're on crack, I have a hard enough time buying full length tracks on iTunes at $1 a pop! What the hell is happening in this world?
