The Walt Disney Family Museum

Yesterday I visited The Walt Disney Family Museum. I've been wanting to visit this museum for well over a year. I forget sometimes how much the bay area's culture is somehow always connected to creative people dreaming. Apparently Walt's daughters live up here and decided they wanted a museum dedicated to showcasing Walt's life. What a more perfect place than in the Persidio which is literally right next to this massive Lucasfilm / Lucas Arts Letterman Digital Arts Center. As I was walking through all of the exhibits there were some pretty amazing Walt Disney quotes. I was surprised about the failures he encountered along the way and how he somehow always turned them into an opportunity. I know this might sound cliche, but I've seen it for myself that there's opportunity in almost every failure.

While exploring the museum there were quotes from Walt everywhere. The following quote really hit home ...
